The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Winston-Salem’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 12, 2026. A place is here only if its own site names wings on its menu. Several national chain locations in the city could not be confirmed because their location pages would not load for us; we will add them when they can be checked. The list is alphabetical. East Coast Wings + Grill is a wing restaurant chain with three Winston-Salem stores: Country Club Road on the west side, Peters Creek Parkway in the south and Reynolda Road in the north. Each location page lists pickup, delivery and curbside orders and catering, weekday lunch specials from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., a wing special on Mondays and a kids night on Wednesdays. The store hours load on each location page.

Honky Tonk Smokehouse is a locally owned barbecue restaurant that says it adds a Texas and Memphis twist to North Carolina barbecue. Its list of what it is known for includes chicken wings, beside brisket, ribs and pulled pork, and it offers pickup and delivery.

Little Caesars has two stores on this list. Both store pages feature the chain’s Caesar Wings alongside its pizzas and list delivery, a drive-thru and Pizza Portal pickup.

Mario’s Pizza near Hanes Mall says its menu runs from New York-style pizza to Italian dishes, subs and wings. It offers dine-in, carryout and online ordering.

Waldo’s Wings says it was one of the first wing restaurants in Winston-Salem and has served wings and cold beer since 1991. It serves its wings with a choice of cheesy bread or butter bread, a tradition it has kept from the start, and its menu adds craft burgers, salads and sandwiches.
